How to Build Shared Vision and Create Distinction in the Marketplace
The economy and recession have led to a renewed focus on purpose, values, what's really important, and then aligning our reality with a more structured vision. Neil Goldman provides the tools for such clarification and alignment. The session illuminates the components necessary to build organizational success, and frames them in the Shared Vision/Distinction© (SVD) model.
You will learn how to sustain your vision, and get others "on the bus" for lasting, growing success; the power and importance of focus and a funneling approach to discover, create and align to it; essential elements of an exceptional member experience; and tools to create relevant distinction in the marketplace. Participants will leave with specific action items they can apply to their professional lives.
